<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>1. A bar is a flag on all personnel actions- so, NO PCS, NO Reclass, NO Promotion. NO NO NO Nothing! 2. It is an admin thing, the commander can lift it at anytime they think you have made the necessary correction to your life. 3. Whatever the action that was the root of the- someone convinced your commander that it was a reasonable thing to do. Now you have to convince the Cdr that you have changed.
