Its automatic on second look if not picked up. First usually means they see something off in your packet, second look means you just didn&#39;t get selected, but after two non-electric they deem you non competitive.<br />I sincerely doubt an ESB would be anything they may care about, for flight SIFT holds a lot. In a year I&#39;d recommend trying for 131A as well, being you may apply for 3 at a time. Flight may not be in your future but Warrant can def be. Don’t listen to anyone that assumes they saw something wrong with you. They wern’t on the board. There are plenty of other reasons why you may have not been selected. When you contact the recruiter as what the selection rate was for the last two boards. Don’t give up, this is just a temporary set back.
