Really? Short answer....NO. Long answer....NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. Pull your head out of your ass and stop doing that stupid shit. And if you feel you can't stop or don't want to stop, then remove yourself from the Service. Because at this point, you are a detriment to your squad, your platoon, your company and the Army.Response by MSG Private RallyPoint Member made Jun 17 at 2018 12:51 AM2018-06-17T00:51:46-04:002018-06-17T00:51:46-04:00Sgt Roy Hale3718342

PFC If your “friend” failed a drug test, “his” Social Security Number is attached to that urine, that failure will follow “him” everywhere. If you are asking for a friend, why do you state "If I fail a drug test." If the positive UA is due to something the soldier has been prescribed then the SM must request their medical records to be submitted with their chapter packet. If medical records or local doctors fail to provide medical documentation then seek it through your local Freedom of Information Act Office. This may help speed up the processing of the chapter packet. If the SM if found not guilty then they will be relieved of their restrictions.

If the soldier was not prescribed the medication they are guilty until proven innocent. This is because the military already has proof of guilt in the form of the positive UA.

Be aware the SM may be required to notify their civilian employer of the ongoing investigation being conducted by CID.Response by SSG(P) Private RallyPoint Member made Nov 16 at 2018 2:13 PM2018-11-16T14:13:11-05:002018-11-16T14:13:11-05:002018-06-17T00:19:44-04:00
