<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Asking for a friend? Really? Short answer....NO. Long answer....NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. Pull your head out of your ass and stop doing that stupid shit. And if you feel you can't stop or don't want to stop, then remove yourself from the Service. Because at this point, you are a detriment to your squad, your platoon, your company and the Army.MSG Private RallyPoint MemberSun, 17 Jun 2018 00:51:46 -04002018-06-17T00:51:46-04:00Response by Sgt Roy Hale made Jun 17 at 2018 1:09 AM

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>No. Do you really think another branch would take someone that has failed a drug test? If you are asking for a friend, why do you state "If I fail a drug test." <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I'm sure your friend can try to find employment as a mercenary, mercenaries aren't really held to the same moral and legal standards as real soldiers (and they get paid really really well).SPC Joseph WojcikSun, 17 Jun 2018 06:18:31 -04002018-06-17T06:18:31-04:00Response by LTC Kevin B. made Jun 17 at 2018 7:14 AM

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I would suspect the positive drug test would follow him/her wherever they might try to go. I doubt any other branch would waive that, especially the Marines.LTC Kevin B.Sun, 17 Jun 2018 07:14:43 -04002018-06-17T07:14:43-04:00Response by PO3 David Fries made Jun 17 at 2018 8:07 AM

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>While under investigation the soldier will be flagged which will restrict any movement the soldier desires. If the positive UA is due to something the soldier has been prescribed then the SM must request their medical records to be submitted with their chapter packet. If medical records or local doctors fail to provide medical documentation then seek it through your local Freedom of Information Act Office. This may help speed up the processing of the chapter packet. If the SM if found not guilty then they will be relieved of their restrictions. <br /><br />If the soldier was not prescribed the medication they are guilty until proven innocent. This is because the military already has proof of guilt in the form of the positive UA.<br /><br />Be aware the SM may be required to notify their civilian employer of the ongoing investigation being conducted by CID.SSG(P) Private RallyPoint MemberFri, 16 Nov 2018 14:13:11 -05002018-11-16T14:13:11-05:002018-06-17T00:19:44-04:00
