If I have already extended my contract, is it possible to extend again?

I think extensions have requirement, like meeting time requirements for an assignment, attending certain schools, medical proceedures etc etc, but if you are in your window, extensions are not an option. But as SSG Strong advised, speak to your career councilor, they will be up to speed regarding your question.
