If I have already extended my contract, is it possible to extend again?

Thank you, my ETS is coming up just a little too fast and I'm not ready to get out but I'm not ready to sign another 3+ year contract just yet. I've got too many options to choose from

It's going to depend on if you're re-enlistment window. From what I've seen during my time as a company retention NCO if you're in your re-enlistment window (15 months out from ETS I believe is still the window) then you wont be able to extend. Talk with your Company or Battalion retention NCO. Or your Battalion career counselor if they're available and they'll be able to give you a more definite answer.

I think extensions have requirement, like meeting time requirements for an assignment, attending certain schools, medical proceedures etc etc, but if you are in your window, extensions are not an option. But as SSG Strong advised, speak to your career councilor, they will be up to speed regarding your question.
