With that being said, usually, from my experiences, commanders and other leadership get hemmed up when a soldier loses leave days due to use or lose. While it&#39;s not the best situation to be in, just know that there will probably be some recourse if they do in fact make you lose the days.<br /><br />If your commander won&#39;t let you take the days just because they&#39;re use or lose, your battalion commander surely has an open door policy -- assuming that the situation is just black and white and no other issues, your BN commander is likely to side with you. If there is a block leave in the schedule that doesn’t mean you cNt take PCS leave when you leave the unit.
