I handle Aviator recruiting for my state. The process for each state is a little different. The USAREC website may give you the broad stroke requirements and the Active Component WOFT details. That is not going to be super helpful.<br /><br />Step 1, contact your State Aviation Office or Warrant Officer Strength Management Office. Our state (Ohio) does quarterly Aviator Selection Boards. Most states do a similiar process, but you’ll submit a packet to WOSM or the State Aviation Office and then there will be an interview process.
