If I PCS, are there any duty stations I am ineligible for as a 35T?

I can basically PCS to any duty station with my MOS. Are there any more obscure installations that have a TIS/TIG or rank/paygrade requirement? I'm not sure if this is more for retention or not. Just fishing for anyone who has some experience in the subject.

To my understanding, it all depends on vacancy for your grade, MOS, and needs of the Army.

There are nominative positions that require certain ranks and those you get selected for. Fort Shafter is one of the less known installations that has a pretty large IEW shop

There are more obscure bases and duty stations than there common ones. So the answer is yes, the list of ones you can't go to is longer than the list of ones you can go to.

But that's all irrelevant. The only thing you need to know is what requisitions are open when it's time to PCS.
