Yes, you should be able to do so. They are separate events

It may require a different set of orders. Not sure if HSM and AFSM can both be awarded for same mission under same mobilization (If USAR or ARNG)

I also received the AFSM for bring on the COVID mission back in March 2020. My understanding is that to receive an additional AFSM or HSM you would have to be on a separate set of orders.

I would check with your S1 or Awards Clerk and look for the memo that was released awhile back authorizing the award of the AFSM and HSM.

According to the 30Jun2020 Memorandum, service members are not authorized both awards for the same qualifying activities, deployment, and / or period of service.
