If I switched from Army Enlisted to Air Force Officer, would my prior service as enlisted being considered by the AF when it comes to pay?

If I switched from the Army Enlisted side to join the Air Force as an Officer, would my prior service as Enlisted being considered by AF when it comes to pay?

Yes, and if you have more than 4 years enlisted you would be on a better pay chart.

And have you looked at Army, Navy, which svcs interest you? Do you want to stay on the clinical side? Or do you wast to go line, away from clinical? Elaborate, OK?
