I have a question ....

If my board convenes end of March and file closes end of January should I wear overseas ribbon (9 months) if my DEROS is 19JUN?

For the DA Photo, wear every permanent award that has a source document in your iPERMS the day of the photo, nothing more, nothing less.

CH (CPT) Private RallyPoint Member no. Just what was earned at the moment of the DA Photo. They are not really worried about the odd OSR. The board is making sure if you have 3 MSMs or a BSM on your chest they match your ORB and your Commendatory file in MyBoard File.

Your board will be all over but the crying by the end of April. June will not matter for this board.

Like SGM said wear every permanent award in your Iperms/ORB. I have awards that I have source documentation from and some from another branch but it isn't on my ERB so last DA photo I just took my ERB and wore what was on my ERB. Rule of thumb for a board wear what in in your file because they will match up the photo to your file. Nothing more or nothing less regardless if you rate it or have other source documentation for awards.
