If my digital DA Photo wasn’t loaded onto my ERB (since I'm an E-4), does it need to be on my ERB for a WO packet?

I believe the board is primarily interested in the information shown on ERB (ETS date, GT score, etc). Sending the DA photo in your packet should be all you need, though I have not yet submitted my packet, so I cannot give you a concrete yes or no answer.

SPC Darren Ream is correct. They want to see the full picture and expect it to be a separate document from your ERB. I had to get a digital copy from the photographer so I could put it in the packet. The regulation still might state that they are not allowed to give out digital copies, but just kindly explain your situation and they will most likely e-mail it to you.
