You automatically get advanced in the system if your admins do not do their jobs. Go to your first line leader and together go to your S1. You need to have a personnel action advancing you to E4 in your iPerms. If you have any flags or are red for any reason it could be in error. Or your admin/leadership could have just missed your date of eligibility. Go see your leadership

There&#39;s probably a pretty good chance your first line leader didn&#39;t know either. Your Orderly Room should have a copy of the AAA-117.
