My son is going to the commander with other men, about an E6, in this open door policy today. I was wondering if he would be labeled a "Blue Falcon" [snitch] for doing this

Couldn't everyone write a statement stating their grievances? That way no one backs out. Between that E6 and the Commander, I'm sure there is a Platoon Leader, 1SG. Why are they skipping everyone and going straight to the commander?

They had a meeting with 1SG and Capt. The ones including Sgts. that didn't or couldn't go ,gave permission to give their name or wrote a letter. My son and others went to his Platoon Leader awhile ago. Thing were good for awhile but went back to the way it was and got worse once he got promoted to E6.

Isn't this the same issue you posted about months ago? We had to explain what a blue falcon was. This E6 can't be that bad if they are still thinking about it. Either he's crossed and line and they need to take it higher or he hasn't. Is this the same one that is drunk on duty you posted about before? That needs to go to the Commander, while he is exhibiting the indicators that he is drunk on duty.

A blue falcon is not a snitch per se. It is code for buddy f*cker.

yes. This time there were 4 that went and 4 that were fearful do to maybe repercussion. But they did go to command and was told it would be looked into. And the out come would be given to the E6 .privacy concerns

Possible. But, if there are others that feel the same way as your son and are willing to bring up the issues that need fixing, then your son isn't a Blue Falcon. The only ones that are gonna call him that are the ones that end up getting butthurt. Your son can't control the butthurt.....but....if they feel strongly about these actions and that the commander needs to be informed....then butthurt people be damned.
