If one were to re-enlist, and then comes down on orders to PCS, would a RASP packet supersede or take priority over those PCS orders?

If one were to re enlist (with the intention of attending RASP and serving within the 75th) and comes down on orders to PCS, would a RASP packet supersede/take priority over those orders?

The orders would stay in place until you actually pass RASP. If the orders place you reporting there during your RASP class date, you can ask HRC for a deferral for a school date. Until then, the attrition rate is so high that all parties involved act like you're not going to Regiment until you've actually passed RASP.

There is no reenlistment option for intending to do things. You can reenlist to stabilize for a while if you like. If you receive a RASP date then you will reenlist for that. If you have a RASP date your branch will not place you on assignment.
If you reenlist and sit around with the “intention” of attending RASP then you haven’t really tried to attend and your branch will view you as being available to PCS.
