If you were still in the Guard it would be issued to you as we don't get a yearly allowance. It stretches my credulity that multiple units in two services have failed to to do such a simple. Speak with your top-kick. Read AR700-84, in most cases you are authorized a complete new uniform issue because the Nat’l Guard requires you to turn in your uniforms when you are released from the Guard. Once your annual uniform allowance kicks in you will be responsible for uniform replacement. I have had to return all my gear and most of the time m uniforms were beat up. It cannot hurt to ask. Plus being new (again!) you want to look your best at your new command. Good luck!
