I think it would be very difficult to almost impossible to even destroy the country with a suprise attack. I think the country is a LOT more resilent then people think it is........I know the backup IT systems the Feds have in place are very impressive but generally not known by Joe Public. Congress is and has done it&#39;s job to make sure we have a fighting chance under multiple attack from outside scenarios.
