If there was ONE thing you could change in your unit, what would it be and why?

I can think of a few hundred easily... but we have to choose one!

Here's mine: Why do we have to fill out a coversheet for our leave form?  It's not required in any regulation, but my Company won't process your leave form without it.  It's very frustrating and there's a lot of correlating data that needs to go with it.  Mostly, it's a pain in the ass.  Sometimes, it is the cause of leave denial.  I would love to change this to what we used to do in the Army: Fill out and turn in a DA-31.
