If we have the Mission Act to ensure timely access to Veteran Healthcare, why is no one paying attention to the chaos of VSE for C&P exam?

Because these are private companies. They don’t like how long the VA takes to pay. The VA’s and TriWest’s stories are that the Providers in the private sector has been unwilling to accept new patients during Pandemic.

You need to understand that VA Healthcare & VA Disability Claims - are two separate & different programs.
The Mission Act only applies to VA Healthcare side, not the disability process.
When you go through with the VA disability claims process, you do not see VA doctors & do not go into VA hospitals or clinics. This is contracted out with different doctors for c&p exams.
I would recommend that you go through an organization like the DAV to assist him and the claims and C&P processes.
You can also utilize the VA claims liaison with any issues that you may have. Since covid-19 now on video, rather than having to go in to the clinic.
