If you are on orders to PCS to a duty assignment that you reenlisted for, can your current unit extend you for a deployment?

If you have orders, you have orders. Not seeing how you either were able to get orders pending a deployment or deployed? A ton of detail missing to actually answer this question.

If I said no they could not and you should tell them you will not deploy because some old LTC on RP told you so, would you refuse to go?
