It varies from three to five checked bags per person and up to four carry-on. And it depends on your seat location. Rules are for member and accompanying family when on active duty orders, including PCS, which is not specifically spelled out.Response by SCPO Private RallyPoint Member made Aug 5 at 2016 1:45 PM2016-08-05T13:45:10-04:002016-08-05T13:45:10-04:00MSG Pat Colby1781639<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>PCSing to Hawaii (and back) we were told 2 checked bags and 1 carry on per person. Anything more would have to be on our dime. I went to Clothing Sales and bought 10 Aviator Kits bags, 2 for each family member. You can fit a LOT of stuff in them things!Response by MSG Pat Colby made Aug 5 at 2016 1:58 PM2016-08-05T13:58:31-04:002016-08-05T13:58:31-04:00SFC Private RallyPoint Member1782263<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>On Space A, it's two bags no longer than 70 inches long. Depending on commercial airlines, it's free for extra bags if you show your orders or CAC ID card.Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Aug 5 at 2016 5:20 PM2016-08-05T17:20:04-04:002016-08-05T17:20:04-04:00CW3 Private RallyPoint Member1782281<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Yes there is. When pcsing you are allowed 2 to 4 bags depending on the airline , for you and each family member in your orders. If you have more than that you should send it in your unacompany baggage. You should talk to transportation about itResponse by CW3 Private RallyPoint Member made Aug 5 at 2016 5:27 PM2016-08-05T17:27:30-04:002016-08-05T17:27:30-04:00LTC Private RallyPoint Member1782351<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>So, I assume you mean overseas, and yes, there is a limit. As already noted, talk to your transportation office who will be able to tell you. There is also a weight limit...Response by LTC Private RallyPoint Member made Aug 5 at 2016 5:48 PM2016-08-05T17:48:51-04:002016-08-05T17:48:51-04:00MSG Private RallyPoint Member1783282<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Yes, look at your tickets and your orders, the maximum number of bags with the maximum weight per bag will be listed. If in any doubt, call SATO travel or go directly to website for the airline. I just arrived to Europe and American only allowed me and my dependants 2×50 lbs bags per person plus 2 carry on items. Same goes for United, we departed Hawaii a month ago before reporting over here.Response by MSG Private RallyPoint Member made Aug 6 at 2016 12:56 AM2016-08-06T00:56:47-04:002016-08-06T00:56:47-04:00SPC Private RallyPoint Member1783384<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Called the airline they told me 3bags free they each can not go over 99lbs!! Every one I have looked at in the past lists a "personal travel" and "on-orders" limit.Response by Capt Chris McVeigh made Aug 6 at 2016 2:24 AM2016-08-06T02:24:44-04:002016-08-06T02:24:44-04:002016-08-05T13:39:52-04:00
