The government must first apply the rules to themselves. No one is above the law. The laws that are passed by Congress and enforced by the President must apply to the Congress and the President.

In light of previous news; That any person who violates a law or discloses classified information to any person, device or any way that is not safeguarded to be on a secured level, should be held accountable and prosecuted; NO MATTER THE STATUS OF THE PERSON.

That's common sense.

Ok, yep, while it is important to prioritize the protection of classified information and hold individuals accountable for violating the law, it is also crucial to consider the context and circumstances surrounding each case. Applying a blanket rule of prosecution, regardless of the status of the person involved, may not always be the most appropriate approach. Moreover, on https://essays.edubirdie.com/law-essay-writing I check regularly the new samples on this topic and this law essay writing source makes me be sure what I talk about. Additionally, it is important to assess the potential harm caused by the disclosure. If the information poses minimal risk or is already in the public domain, prosecution may not always be the most effective or proportionate response.
