I am not overlooking diversity, the need for specialty training, changes in needs or any of the necessary variables for an effective exercise program. I saw an 87 year old man doing these recently; it was quite inspirational. He probably could have outdone more 20 year olds! <br /><br />1. Down.<br />2. Kick feet back<br />3. Pushup (down) <br />4. Pushup (up)<br />5. Kick feet out.<br />6. Kick feet in. <br />7. Kick feet up.<br />8. Jump<br />9. Land into full squat (ensuring a soft landing). <br />10.
