If you could pick the brain of the SMA

If you could sit down and talk with the current Sergeant Major of the Army (SMA Chandler) what questions/topics would you address? It can be anything from Soldier training, Army quality of life, Military promotion system, or where the Army is going now that we are drawing down in Afghanistan. What else would you try to gain from him to help you as a Leader or help your troops for success?
