I was talking with a guy recently, he was in the ABCP, I asked him how he was doing with the program, since I wasn't seeing any improvement. To my surprise he told me that he got out and he was doing good. When I asked him how he did it, he told me that he just turn older while in the program and the body fat % went up with his age, so he passed the tape next time he got measured.

I found this unfair, to say the least, shouldn't you show improvement while in the program? How come that you can get out as easy as just getting older? I would get it if is someone right in the line, not busted, and got a few more percents but, getting out for age and not improvement don't seem like the program did it's purpose.

SFC Stephen King In that we agree, and I think that's why it bothers me. You see so many SM working out and improving themselves and then you see people passing the tape just because they got older.
