If you had a break in service, how long was it and why did you decide to come back in?

I had a 10 month break in between hitches. When I got home from the first 4 years there was really no jobs. Found myself working in a fast food place that was going no where. So I desided to reenlist and go back to Germany for 3 more

When I went to the recruiters office I asked if it was possible to go back to Germany and he worked it out. This time I went to a unit north of Frankfurt.

I had a three break after Vietnam and went back,in because I loved and missed the Navy.

I had a 5 year break, got a time job working for the goverment when contract was up had a choice to find another job or reenlist back into the Army to stay where I was. Ended up serving 30 years.
