We honor our employees commitment to family, and work with them to resolve issues and challenges so that they can remain focused at work. We look for people committed to learning, getting better, setting goals, even if they include leaving the company someday. With mutual respect for the mission of the company and the mission of the individual to excel, you have a good chance of working with a lot of go-getters! The commitment to excellence is paramount. This means doing one's best every day. It means realizing one is a part of a whole and we are only as good or as strong as our weakest link. Excellence means achievement and a never-quit attitude.
