I’m an E5 with 73days of terminal leave. My admin dept. and our PS keep telling me they’re not sure, they don’t know, they’ll research but this is the same response I’ve gotten for over 2 months. What confuses me is the fact that I’m on a Marine base, the few Marine friends I know that got out got their BAH on terminal leave, they all rated BAS while they were in, and lived in the barracks like I did, but they saw a huge increase when they got out. Why would a Marine get it but a Sailor doesn’t? If you live in the barracks before getting out, do you get BAH while on terminal leave? 2020-11-10T01:50:33-05:00 PO2 Private RallyPoint Member 6484439

Ladies, Please Help / Advice,
Do I get BAH while on terminal if I wasn’t getting it before. I good place to start would be to call JAG as they will have the correct UCMJ information...good luck! Hooah!
