<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I have no knowledge of the situation, but I'll share my opinion. I would have to say, probably not, but try it, if you plan to change components.SFC Christopher TaggartSat, 11 Nov 2017 13:00:25 -05002017-11-11T13:00:25-05:00Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Nov 11 at 2017 1:16 PM

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Best thing would be to contact a Navy Recruiter to find out specifics. If i remember right years ago, Other Service Vets (OSVETS) went through an abbreviated boot camp (4 wks i think). Mainly it was for uniform issue, familiarization with Navy regulations and terminologies and to learn shipboard fire fighting and damage control. I'm guessing things have changed quite a bit since then .PO1 Brian AustinSat, 11 Nov 2017 13:18:06 -05002017-11-11T13:18:06-05:00Response by SN Greg Wright made Nov 16 at 2017 10:48 PM

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Beginning and ending of possible advice: Talk to a recruiter. That said, Navy boot camp does things no other services do except the CG. Teach you how to swim through burning oil, and basic firefighting, for example. So I'm pretty sure you'd have to go.SN Greg WrightThu, 16 Nov 2017 22:48:46 -05002017-11-16T22:48:46-05:002017-11-11T12:35:41-05:00
