If you were QMPd, did a code reflect on your ERB before you were notified?

I was just notified of the QMP's final decision in my case (unable to complete SLC within 48 months of becoming E-7). They denied my further service and looks like retirement 01 Nov. but already have a GS job lined up. There is nothing imputed into my ERB. I believe a code will be reflected once HRC receives my election of my next step by the suspense date of 31 May. Once they receive that election, they will then enter the necessary codes to the Soldiers official record.
