Well the simple answer is because I am an employee. It would be wrong of me to pretend I represent the upper echelon when I am just another cog in the machine. Now if it was asked of me by one of my boss' bosses, then I would gladly take on the responsibility because it was a trust that they placed in me. Most companies have some form of a public relations department to handle their public presence.

No - because admin responsibilities of corporate level accounts are handled at the corporate level. Each MaidPro office is independently owned and operated.
