Improved Leaderboard

Check out the new and improved RallyPoint leaderboard, which will hopefully help people discover other RallyPoint members in new and interesting ways. Instead of just listing top Influencers, we display Influencers by Week, Month, Quarter, and Year... and by Pay Grade. We also list by All-Time, and show changes from previous periods.
