It is one 5 mile run in under 40min, and it is a 15 meter swim, 12 mile footmarch with 40lbs in 3 hours, and the push-up and sit-ups are 70% in the 18-21 male category. I believe one is from an MP BN and one is from an Air Crew BN. 75th uses these troops as a "support" role and will probably not deploy with them, but that's none of my business......
