Yes. S3 says 75% entitlement for the enire 35 days for the class at Fort Lee rate. This is why I am asking to see if this is correct. The new regulation is a little tricky. I read it. Just want to make sure.

I have not looked at the reg, but if I recall correctly, that percentage is like that for schools because all your other needs are being met. I need to read on it
