Increased Security https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/increased-security <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Something I have noticed is that Ft Carson is now at FPCON Charlie with increased security at the gates: HMMWVs with crew served weapons, combat loaded gate guards with M4/M16s, ect. However, looking at most of the major shooting in the last few years, most of them occurred on post by a service member who had access. Not someone running a gate. Not someone sneaking through the fence. I understand why they are at FPCON Charlie, but why focus on all that outer security when we should be focusing on policing ourselves from within? Just a random thought for the day.<br> Fri, 04 Apr 2014 14:55:22 -0400 Increased Security https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/increased-security <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Something I have noticed is that Ft Carson is now at FPCON Charlie with increased security at the gates: HMMWVs with crew served weapons, combat loaded gate guards with M4/M16s, ect. At the most spend a few more minutes searching vehicles. The only thing we can do in light of this situation is engage our soldier more then we already are and ensure all our agencies are doing their job to id and help our soldiers in need.
