So far as I can tell, it simply gives people and businesses standing in court, so they can sue to not have to provide funding for acts that violate their religious convictions? Evangelical Christianity is constantly operating on the assumption that they are the only game in town, and they always seem shocked and surprised when things like this happen, or other &quot;Churches&quot; like the Church of Satan demand their equal share of rights as well.
