Information flow from HRC concerning 2015 O-5 Board

As I await the release of the 2015 O-5 promotion board I have heard from a few people that the results are going to be delayed. I have heard anything from late June to August. If this is the case what is HRC waiting on to let us know this is the case.

Sir, Yeah I think getting no information is what bothers me the most. I got it if something is going to delay it. Chances are if that if there is going to be a delay, HRC is aware, so why not just send a notice out the field to take all the questions out of it
