You need to read the commentary fully before commenting. Is this what our military has evolved into? With no evidence in it's investigation, yet this Major was still stripped of his awards and tab.

I think it is obvious that this type of behavior isn't right.

And
unfortunately it seems to be systemic across all branches of the military right now. Due process exists, even in the military. This man was judged without consideration for the circumstances.
