Actually think SIDPERs is two personnel systems ago. Many things done with a regulation have been replaced by MILPER, ALaRACT, and business rules.<br /><br />Scarier, I had to go to militaryathiests.org to see an old copy of 680-29. If you look up the pub title on <a target="_blank" href="http://www.apd.army.mil">http://www.apd.army.mil</a> you can see what officially superseded it.
