I have been approved since last year I just haven't been to class yet do to time on station OCONUS rules. Your NCOERs may not adequately document what you have done. Be sure to cover what is missing with the memorandum. Also, for those further in there careers (SNCOs in the zone, MSGs) you may be required to have CISSP.
