Interested in learning and working as an IT consultant?

I am a Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned business placing IT consultants on contract with large companies. I am partnering with a Veteran Owned non-profit company to start a training program specifically for veterans to learn writing code for mobile applications.
It will take six months to complete the mostly self-study course. You will be able to interact with course monitors and other students and a webinar is scheduled approximately every six weeks, so you won't be alone in your efforts. During the course, you will apply what you are learning by interning with companies on real world projects. When you complete the course, my company will work to place you on contract. Placement is merit based and there is no guarantee.
The course will cost approximately $1500 paid in five installments. This fee covers operating costs of the non-profit running the training.

I am trying to get a sample of who would be interested in this program and would appreciate any feedback. Thank-you.

Ken,

Help me understand the option, do you have a NFP website or a place service members can read more?
SAP, Salesforce and a few others have veteran placement programs, is this similar?

Definitely sounds like a good idea. Mobile is definitely the wave of the future. Google has gone so far as to start "punishing" sites in search results beginning on April 21st ( believe that is the date I read), so it is something companies are going to need.
