Good luck!Response by SGT Joseph Gunderson made Oct 16 at 2018 12:48 PM2018-10-16T12:48:32-04:002018-10-16T12:48:32-04:00CW3 Private RallyPoint Member4101063<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>For a federal technician job, you need to be good at your mos and recognized in your unit by your references on your resume. Also use references that are already technicians. You also need to sell yourself in the interviews. Don’t give up on the first federal tech job you apply for. The more interviews show that you are determined to work for that organization. Sometimes a temporary job becomes available and then you can show them how hard you work. If your willing to work hard, I’m sure you will get hired at some point.Response by CW3 Private RallyPoint Member made Nov 4 at 2018 11:10 PM2018-11-04T23:10:16-05:002018-11-04T23:10:16-05:00SPC Private RallyPoint Member4101114<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Thanks for all the advice.
