As for being prior service, you have to remember that when you go to MEPS, you fall under prior service business rules. Usually always processed last for job picks. Which means that the initial enlistees pick what they want and prior service gets what&#39;s left. It&#39;s a CMF entrance and then the actual MOS is slotted later.
