Just remember that good idea fairies float ideas around there daily and any major changes to MOS structure take years to plan and implement, and the implementation plan usually takes 2-3 years for the transition. While 35N is not a bad MOS, it seems to be over-strengthened to me. 35N is pretty much 35F in SIGINT. Ask the Papa and Sierra about their experience doing a November job.
