Can I get a waiver if I am outside the rank window? I meet all other requirements but I didn’t see anything pertaining to rank for reclass. Is a reclass to 68M only for E-4 and below? To add to this, is 68V the only one taking E-4p and E-5 for reclass? Lol

DA Pam 611-21 and ATRRS course catalog list all prerequisites. You can find the link to the DA Pam on Army Reenlistment, listed as the MOS Smart book. We don't go off of what's listed on GoArmy or anything like that.
Only the MOS proponent can grant a waiver to the prerequisites. Whether they will grant one is at their discretion, based on their needs and your packet.

FYI 68M is a cook. You'll attend 92G AIT first and cook in hospitals. No field time, but the promotions are crap. And a btw a 68M isn’t a cook. You will do your job i.e screening patients etc. Response by SGT Steven Palma made Jun 29 at 2020 10:47 AM 2020-06-29T10:47:13-04:00 2020-06-29T10:47:13-04:00 SPC Private RallyPoint Member 7059041

I have an E-4 Prior in my class right now and I know previous classes have had NCOs, if that helps!
