Those in your chain of command know what&#39;s happening. In the meantime, your profiles will exempt you from certain duties. but not from showing up if possible. Once the Med Board process ends, things will change. They still attend drill until their orders are cut, but they also know they are MED boarding so they don&#39;t push it that much if they do miss drill. Just depends on the situation. I wish I had a more concrete answer for you, I can only go off what what they do for the 396th CSH. I can say from experience that I once had a Soldier going thru a MEB/PEB and was still participating IDT. Medboard takes forever.
