Is anyone aware of CW4's being manually added to the scroll?

Presently, you WILL NOT be able to monitor this Soldiers scroll placement
within eTracker nor monitor scroll movement within DPRO due to system
errors.
The Soldiers packet and scroll movement will be updated in eTracker and DPRO
as soon as the system allows.

The systems may be down for another month. I was informed by the helpdesk that they are aiming for the end of January.
