Is anyone else having issues accessing ATRRS?

I've had continual issues and several tickets submitted for the past 5 or so months with AATRS. Am I the only one in this predicament or has anyone found any generalized work arounds? I have the most current drivers for my CAC Reader and the certificates to match; or is this part of the Army's efforts to moving their sites to DoD network access only?

I’ve experienced the same issues when trying to access ATRRS and TOD. It may be a domain issue. Are you using a government computer (.mil)?

The servers have been up and down recently, you just have to be lucky, SGT.

So I called help desk and they told me, only government computers can access it now. Even though my personal has all the certificates and drives.....I’m in the Guard so this is a huge set back

No, you are not. Hopefully, by now you have others who have said the same thing to you. Personal feeling, the Army does not want people trained, regardless of what they say. Mandatories, by law, have to be met, and that is a thorn in the Army's side which they can not get rid of. Everything else, make it as difficult as possible, or else the Army has not done it's job properly. There is no point in having a streamlined system, or to hire the best, when there is little desire to see to it that training gets done, to begin with.

Still the same, but within AKO Training, the following message comes up.

---For the duration of ongoing maintenance by HQ DA for many Army systems, you must have access from a .Mil/NIPR domain in order to view your training record or Unofficial transcript, register* for Self-Development courses, sign up for the Army e-Learning Program or Search the ATRRS Course Catalog. The ability to access the ATRRS website for purposes of self-registration for training, from other than a .Mil/NIPR domain, has been prioritized as the top issue for resolution for the ATRRS user base. As of the time of this notice (early June 2018), we anticipate resolution to this issue in the near term. The ATRRS help desk is not authorized to register individuals for training, however we will be glad to assist students with finding any possible short term self-registration access solutions while this issue is still pending resolution.

*Please note that .Mil/NIPR domain access is not required in order to take training (for example, on the ALMS), only in order to register for training through ATRRS for the duration of this maintenance.---

Yes they switched it over to where only government computers have access to it. You must either be using a government computer or connected to the secured network to access ATRRS.
