Is anyone here currently in 2nd BDE 10th MTN?

I am comming off the trail soon and have orders to Drum. I have on my ERB 2BDE so I am looking for any info and or advice. I am hoping to get a platoon. Have gun will travel.

Not stationed there but been there on more than on occasion. Cold weather gear, rock salt and shovels are musts for winter!

Ft Drum is 70 miles north of Syracuse Ny on I 81 ex 48B. Housing and off posting is available, gas prices are high, schools are good. Indian River school District Philadelphia, NY. Watertown Schools, Watertown, Ny. Winters are hard, lots of snow. Hunting, fishing, camping, sites to see as far as attractions are numerous!
